                   MIL-PRF-63004D (NOTICE 1), PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION: MANUALS, TECHNICAL: PREPARATION OF LUBRICATION ORDERS (21 JUL 2010) [S/S BY MIL-STD-40051-1A]., MIL-PRF-63004D(TM) and any subsequent revisions or change notices are inactive for new design and shall be no longer used to acquire technical manuals for new systems. New systems should use MIL-STD-40051-1A "DOD Standard Practice, Preparation of Technical Information for Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs)" and MILSTD- 40051-2A entitled "DOD Standard Practice, Preparation of Technical Information for Page-Based Technical Manuals", to acquire technical manuals. CAUTION: The supersession information is valid as of the date of this notice and may be superseded by subsequent revisions of the superseding document.
