This document does not applyto remote-controlled or portable smoothing machines and self-acting (robotic) smoothing machines.1.3 This document deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to concrete compactorsand smoothing machines, when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer(see Clause 4).
