MIL-HDBK-2155, MILITARY HANDBOOK: FAILURE REPORTING, ANALYSIS AND CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN (11 DEC 1995) [SUPERSEDING MIL-STD-2155]. This standard establishes uniform requirements and criteria for a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) to implement the FRACAS requirement of MIL-STD-785.
