MIL-STD-1691-?, MILITARY STANDARD: CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIAL SCHEDULE FOR MILITARY MEDICAL AND DENTAL FACILITIES (15 FEB 2005) [SUPERSEDES MIL-STD-1691-? (16 JUNE 2004)]. This standard establishes a definite demarcation between the various elements involved in the planning, funding, construction, and funding of the medical and dental facilities of the Armed Services, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) and other usingagencies. This standard provides a uniform basis upon which the Medical Services can identify items ofconstruction and material and fix logistical and financial responsibility in an identical manner.
