This handbook (interim) was developed by the Bureau of Naval E=Weapons, Department of the Navy on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Supply/Logistics). It was prepared to meet a growing need for the use of standard sampling plans for life and reliability testing.
