MIL-STD-2053 (NOTICE 1), MILITARY STANDARD: REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYING STANDARD BATTERIES (20 OCT 2000) ., MIL-STD-2053, dated 18 January 1995, is hereby canceled. Guidance pertaining to the Requirements for Employing Standard Batteries can be found in MIL-HDBK-2053.
