MIL-STD-3002, DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE STANDARD PRACTICE: PREPARATION OF ILLUSTRATIONS FOR STOCK LIST PUBLICATIONS (5 AUG 1998) ., This standard establishes the essential requirementsfor the preparation of illustrations intended for use withmanuals prepared by or for the Marine Corps in production ofrepair parts stock list publications. This includes bothstand-alone Marine Corps Stock Lists (SL-3 and SL-4) and theillustrations used in the repair parts list that are part of atechnical manual (&P's).
