欧盟发布EN60335-2-9执行的限制条件请教
2017年7月21日，欧盟委员会正式颁布了(EU) 2017/1357号决议请问决议号内容Taking into consideration the safety aspects to be improvedand pending a suitable revision of the standard, the reference of standard EN60335-2-9:2003, as last amended by A13:2010, should be published in theOfficial Journal of the European Union and accompanied by an appropriaterestriction, as a result of which the reliance on the specific parts of thestandard covered by the restriction would not give the presumption ofconformity,
是否就是否定EN 60335-2-9表Z101中注释b(若受限于产品结构或尺寸，产品无法满足表Z101的温度限值时，而产品的最高温升不应超过表中2倍限值，同时要求于相应表面标识高温警示
也就是说
温度不能超过表Z101中限制值不可以温升在表Z101中的2倍限值内贴标识高温警示以上请指教谢谢
