MIL-STD-1556B (NOTICE 1), MILITARY STANDARD: GOVERNMENT/INDUSTRY DATA EXCHANGE PROGRAM (GIDEP) CONTRACTOR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS (30 SEP 1996) ., MIL-STD-1556, dated 24 February 1986, is hereby canceled. Guidance on participation in the GIDEP is contained in the Defense Acquisition Deskbook under "Information Structure" at Section 2.6A.
